Satin Strands Havana Extensions

a very special meal at the end of a sorbet digestive ...

sage sorbet


ingredients
25 sage leaves freshly picked (not too large)
100 g sugar 300 g water



  • Boil water and dissolve the sugar.
  • Turn off the heat and put the sage leaves to infuse. Allow to cool.
  • Strain the syrup, pour into ice cream and whip.
  • Serve when ready.
