The seventh and 'elapsed between training as usual on spinning bikes, due to lack of time with sunlight, and bike rides .. passing from the Muja St. Elizabeth, St. Elizabeth on asphalt, and Alpine Bellini yesterday (an hour and 21 min) .. The peculiarity is that I do not feel tired although not a day off a month. In return, I gained a pound and a half on the weight .. but I hope to give this thing a few pieces of grain in piu 'that theoretically and also in practice, I would totally excluded from the diet!
For the rest .. that mean? The other day, going up to St. Elizabeth on asphalt, Borgiallo, I came across a bunch of people and police and fire services, and television, specifically in an area that I call "the hairdresser Diana", a narrow dirt road where once there was this Mrs Diana who was a hairdresser and where they often step back from my trips to mountain bike. Well, at that point, they found a burnt car with a charred body inside .. crazy .. it seems that they have burned during the night and still do not know if the body belonged to a person of either male or female or whatever.
Borgiallo and 'one country rather strange, with its 400 inhabitants and poor' often the scene of very specific things, such as shootings and yellow as in this case .. will 'and that' a citizen of the sign of Pisces??
oh well ..
For the rest .. I almost adopted a cat! yes yes .. I also bought all the necessary as food and litter bowls but in the end, you see that it was not destiny, and the cat that I had to take 'was adopted by others .. Ale with great joy that does not want any kind of animals and my absolute sadness. Patience!
Of positivissimo there 'that I have gained a new friend, mad for the sport, like me .. Stephanie .. she will be swimming and running .. are very similar and, crazy, We did almost the same experiences, including work in the same company and share the same impression on both the sport and at work and the rest .. I'm happy ... This allows us to not feel the alien in a world where the girls are doing a lot of sport so seriously are viewed as strange, sick or fanatical! and not feel alone! Thanks Stephen!
