here I am again after 20 days to write strange things have happened .. ..
We are back in Tuscany for a week's holiday in late November. We reviewed all friends, Fabio and Loris, and tested our new bike still on the ground Tuscan .. as well as do a couple of stops at pizza hat ..
And while we were in Tuscany to enjoy a mild climate but almost coolness .. here in the north began the first snow .. We are back and the thermal and 'was shocking .. from 15 degrees to -3 in one day.
Friday '28 we were already here watching the snow come down slowly while waiting for Sunday 30, when I and my friend stefania abbiamo partecipato alla Tuttadritta , gara podistica di 10 km che parte da p.za Solferino a Torino e arriva a Stupinigi . E' stata la mia prima partecipazione ad una competizione anche se il mio spirito era assolutamente non competitivo .. infatti l'ho fatta molto con calma , giusto per respirare il clima di una competizione. E' stato fantastico .. ho anche sorpassato ciro ferrara ( il calciatore della juve) che partecipava anche lui ..
C'ho impiegato 55 minuti ma facendola molto con comodo .. Bello ..!!! Bello vedere tutta questa gente che ama lo sport , la corsa .
Nel frattempo sono sempre piu' appassionata di arrampicata .. continuo le mie incursioni in palestrina a cuorgne' .Martedi I managed to make two drop offs .. I'm happy.
