strange day yesterday .. started well as I had confirmation of leave at Christmas (even if it was not required but chosen by me accordata con l'azienda ) e ho potuto cambiare un turno necessario per permettermi di andare ad arrampicare la prossima settimana. Peccato che in chiusura della giornata lavorativa , quando mi ero programmata tappa dall'estetista / spinning e poi arrampicata, a causa di un quiproquo con una collega ho dovuto ritardare di circa un'ora tutto il da farsi con il risultato che mi e' saltata l'ora di spinning. cazz...
In compenso ho ricevuto dalla mamma di Ale in regalo un trattamento estetico a mia scelta che faro' la prossima settimana : Massaggio con crema di CIOCCOLATO!!!! quando Manuela , una delle ragazze che lavora dall'estetista, me lo ha prospettato nn ho avuto dubbi: troppo libidinoso e poi .. il fatto che io nn possa mangiarlo nn No means that can make me sprinkle with fragrant food of the gods .. or not?? Anyway it is .. I planned this amazing massage for Next week .. we'll see if it will meet my expectations .. AAAAHH
In the evening, Tatiana and I are going to climb again and we managed to make a wall that seemed unattainable spiombante .. We have a lot of fun .. Despite today's fingers do fairly badly ..

Ah, I decided to go back to the visit by the dietitian ISEF. Reason? Although I always eat from the diet for two months I started to raise the weight .. and I've won as many as 3 kg more 'than normal weight I had from June to September .. it makes me really strange because I nn absolutely no exception to the rule ..
