Renew Drivers License Overseas Ohio

and you start

Yesterday I resumed training with a view to the last race to be held Sunday, October 4: The Priory. Today I went alone to the race course to try Lessona, near Biella .. It is very smooth 45 km of trails that alternate between funny and tear-down in a very tough climb, with fords and single track with roots and stones ... I had fun though, having eaten a bit 'short, 25 th km I started to suffer a little ...
But I liked to try the solo route .. and enjoy an ice cream (good but not very good unfortunately) on arrival, after eating my pasta and loaded the car ..
Tomorrow I have another lap, but in anticipation of road .. after work, about sixty kilometers now because it gets dark at half past seven ...
Now I go to bed .. work tomorrow!

Bpm Studio 4.9.8, Warez

Goal Reached

is already! I passed the last race of the cup mtb piemonte 2009: Superbike Collombardo: 45 km with 1850 meters of altitude ... I was particularly worried about this race .. for two reasons: I was not able to try the path that the racecourse in the dark, also I was told, by those who had tried the path that came down the last 15 miles and some features intermediate between a salita e l'altra , erano praticamente discese su single track e mulattiere in pietra che, piovendo sarebbero state molto pericolose , rendendo la bici difficile da gestire ..
.
The organization was fantastic! The team that has organized, Giai team, has made some wonderful refreshments, a good cleaning, and a good pasta party. In addition, people who met in the various villages crossed on the way down was great: a lot of participation and support. Beautiful!
As you can see in the photos we managed to earn the top finisher for All Races Piedmont Cup, reserved for only people who have completed all the races. One note: the company wonderful post race Diego, who made the bicycle tour with his new Scalpel, and Dominic, Bican of cycles, which now has become our companion and Cup races in Piedmont, too, finishers of all races.

Trailers Mario Salieri Free

holiday ... finished!

Enough! you return from vacation, the Tuscan sun ... to the land that makes no exceptions .. Rain Rain Rain ...

in recent months, I explored the discourse race bike .. Emily Chamber lent me his Whistle Yakima carbon in August and Alex and I went to go sightseeing around the Tuscan villages .. I really enjoyed it .. eh he .. And so, even convince my friend Stefan I did a "reckless purchase" as she says, and we bought a CAAD 9 from Ivrea Natalino ..
I never imagined that I would have liked to run on the road so much .. I love the dirt and the woods and go on the road I was always bored and frustrated, a little 'for the cars and drivers who have no respect for cyclists, a little' because actually there's no 'a lot of fun and change the landscape ... But if it deals with how to do it as a tourist, as a means by which you train at the same time allows you to quickly move from one city to another .. and 'just a "fichezza!
As for entertainment .... with my friend Fabio, last Saturday, we participated in, alone, in the first edition of the Duathlon 5 + 13 + 2 and that is' held in Pont Saint Martin: 5 km run (and I was not trained at all!) 13 new mountain bike and you ride the final two .. I enjoyed it but my Garmin told me about 183 beats with the highest average points to 190 for a total of 1 hour and 10 min ... An effort crazy! But I have earned a second-grade and a basket of local products and local who will eat only in part (lard and bacon and sausages are not exactly veggie products) .. and share with family and friends to dinner first ..
below a photo of the stretch of the bike race Pont Saint Martin
Now I just have the Yellow Bike Sunday .. and then Collombardo Superbike Cup Prevostura Piedmont and Oct. 4 .. then I go on holiday .. sportingly talking!

Leaving the village, we find the ancient church of San Rocco (1646), the roof slabs of stone and a strange statue placed in front of the mendicant pilgrim. Following a local road, we reach the lookout Slataper , from which opens a great view over the Gulf of Trieste , which will be beautifully punctuated by the sails of boats participating in the 2000 " Barcolana . It continues, in an environment probably colored by the red of sumac, past the towns of Contovello (Carved portals, doorways, remains of fortified tower) and Prosecco. The route now takes close to the edge of sheer cliffs. When at the top of the "Napoleonic Road" in the place where the climbers often they train, take the marked trail (No. 1) which goes to Italy lookout for the perfect place to watch from the famous sailing regatta. Stop for a snack bag .
12.30 Vedetta of Italy. It continues with the path Kugy held still near the upper edge of the large karst ridge which encloses the Gulf of Trieste. Soon you reach the saddle of Mount Split , adjacent to the important area International Research . Stop ½ hours in a picnic area, where we will set up a refreshment room , prepared with the help of friends in Trieste.
Ore 15.00 Si continua lungo il ciglione seguendo una facile carrareccia che, superati i campi di golf di Padriciano, conduce al Bosco Bazzoni (di centenario impianto austriaco).
